With regard to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and Articles 15 –right of access, 16 –right of rectification, 17 –right to erasure, 18 –right to limitation of processing, 20 –right to portability, 21 –right of objection and 22 –right of objection to the automated decision-making process of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, the data subject exercises his rights by writing to the Data Controller at the above mentioned address, or by e-mail, specifying the subject of his request and the right he intends to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document proving the legitimacy of the request.
Withdrawal of consent
With regard to Article 23 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as subsequently amended and supplemented and Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subject may withdraw his consent at any time.
Lodging a complaint
The data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the monitoring authority of his state of residence.
Refusal to provide the data
